I had a short two-person list of guests on my 'bucket-list' for the podcast this year. Today, one gets checked off.
I've be fortunate enough to have known Kid Rock for about the last 18 years. Words can't describe what a good guy he is. Hopefully, you'll take that away from this conversation today. I've asked him to be on in the past, but he's always kind of scoffed at it. He hit me up on a text the other day and told me he'd swing by his new Made In Detroit bar inside Little Caesars Arena and sit down with me for a bit. So here it is.
He touches on numerous topics. Being a grandfather, the new arena, artist deaths, new music, the recent rash of negative press he's been subject to, and his Bad Ass beer. He also talks about standing up in a very iconic serviceman's wedding.
