Chris Henderson is one of the most inspirational guys in rock. He went from being an overweight, substance addict, to cross-fit, athletic addict. He talks about all of the weight he lost and how he stays in shape on the road. We talk about some of his favorite bands including GNR and Pantera. He mentioned some of the biggest crowds he’s ever played in front of, including a pretty big gig last year. We talk about the keys to his success, and more. I love talking to Chris. He’s a quality human.
