It’s been forever and a day since I talked to Jasin Todd. When I contacted him to be on the show, he didn’t hesitate to say yes. Jasin is the original guitarist for Shinedown and that’s where I met him around the summer of 2003. If you get a chance, go back and listen to my conversation with bass player Brad Stewart from last year. Both of these interviews kind intertwine a little bit.
Our conversation went all over the place. From Brad, to Jasin regaining his love for music again, the beginnings of Shinedown traveling across the country to radio stations, what his dream gig would be, Eddie Van Halen, his long absence from music after Shinedown, and more. Plus, what he would say to former members Brent Smith and Berry Kersh.
