Florida Man Arrested After Several Attempts At Stealing A Septic Tank From A Construction Site
The Florida man, Alfio Nocifora, was seen on video attempting to steal the septic tank with his Toyota, per WFLA. However, he clearly had some difficulties.
According to WFLA, he was charged with grand theft, unlawful use of a two-way device, and intentionally obscuring a license plate during the commission of a crime.
