A jewelry thief in Turkey broke into a shop using a forklift and then fled the scene on a donkey. This isn't a movie, it's real life.

You certainly don't hear about stories like this very often. Usually, you want your getaway vehicle to be a sports car or at least a motor vehicle. A donkey could present some issues for your getaway. Believe it or not, he did not getaway with the crime. According to The Sun, the suspect, identified only as M.C., 26, was arrested after a search. He reportedly stole 150g of gold jewelry which was later found buried in the ground. Stolen items included ornate rings, necklaces, and bracelets that were all made of gold.
