A Florida man is in trouble after being accused of aiming a gun at another driver during a road rage incident. This Florida man is now our Mugshot of the Day on Dave & Chuck The Freak.

According to FOX 13 News, that Florida man is 33-year-old Blackie Alvarez. He reportedly had a warrant for failing to pay child support and is facing charges after police say he was involved in a road rage incident despite not having a driver's license.

FOX 13 News says someone called 911 and reported a man pointing a firearm at them while driving on Sherwood Road. Police eventually spotted the vehicle and when Alvarez got out of the vehicle he had a handgun in his waistband. He also had metal knuckles in his pockets.

He has since been charged with 2 felony counts of false imprisonment, 2 felony counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, 1 count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, 2 counts of unlawful carry of a concealed weapon, and driving without a license, per FOX 13 News. That's a lot of charges!
