Would you try an Anchovy Cheese donut? There's a Japanese bakery in NYC that's selling them now and I don't know how to feel about it!

The donut shop is at 154 W. 45th St. and it's called 'I'm donut ?' I've never heard of anything like this! According to The New York Post, the Anchovy Cheese donut has 3 types of cheese--white cheddar, Gruyere, Parmigiano-Reggiano--as well as a creamy Bechamel sauce. It looks like people have been lining up to try this unique donut. See someone try it on TikTok below.

The chain was founded by chef Ryouta Hirako back in 2022, per The New York Post. However, it can cost up to $9 for a single donut--but it's New York City. What do you expect?

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
