Florida Man Sues Outback Steakhouse After Alleged Bathroom Mishap

A Florida man is suing Outback Steakhouse after claiming that the toilet shattered beneath him while he was on it! That's a different kind of bathroom emergency.

Typically, a bathroom emergency involves the potential of not making it to the toilet on time. However, there's more than one way to experience a bathroom emergency and this one isn't as common. You'd never expect the toilet you're sitting on to crumble beneath you but that's what one Florida man is saying happened to him at Outback Steakhouse. It happened in Ocala, Florida where the man, identified as Michael Green, says he was seated on the toilet in the handicap stall when the toilet shattered and collapsed beneath him, per Click Orlando.

Click Orlando says Green is now accusing the restaurant of negligence and failing to maintain the toilet properly. He's reportedly seeking $50k in damages. You can see his full lawsuit provided by Click Orlando here.

That would be horrible. You never expect that to happen. Once you make it to the toilet, you usually assume you're safe from any disaster but that doesn't appear to be the case this time.
