Volusia Sheriff's OfficeA Florida man was arrested despite his doormat that read, "Come Back With A Warrant." Well, ask and you shall receive, I suppose! He was arrested and is now facing charges of forgery and grand theft.
The Florida man, from Daytona Beach, was arrested as a part of what's been described as a large-scale mortgage fraud scheme. While the doormat sounds funny it sounds like it wasn't effective in keeping law enforcement away. You'd think that seeing a doormat like that would immediately send up red flags. If you have that doormat you're definitely up to something, right? The Florida man with the doormat has been identified as 57-year-old Christopher Musick and he's been accused of creating fake documents to pose as the owner of several different business properties. He's accused of then getting mortgages against the properties to buy more of them and rent them out without paying off his loans, per Click Orlando. See his mugshot provided by the Volusia County Jail below.

His doormat said "come back with a warrant" and that's exactly what they did. He was taken into custody and is facing charges of organized scheme to defraud, grand theft over $100k, and forgery. Turns out, this isn't his first run-in with the law. He has 10 prior felony convictions and 2 outstanding warrants in Maryland, per Click Orlando.
Be careful out there! If something seems too good to be true it probably is!
