You already probably know that Dave is a fan of a game show. We play all sorts of them here on the show. Today, we played one that we never have, and will probably never play again. See what happens when we play a game of 'Lick or Not Lick', after a story involving a grandma who left all her money to a male escort, instead of her family.
According to the Toronto Sun, "An 84-year-old B.C. woman was so enamoured with her much younger “professional companion and male escort” that she left the bulk of her entire $1-million estate to the alleged gigolo. Now, according to CTV News, citing a recently published court ruling, Janet Henry’s closest living relatives have been given the green light to challenge the will. Henry finalized her last will in August 2021. Three months later, she died. Unbeknownst to her family, she had left most of her estate to Simon Garstin. CTV reports that Jillian and Ross Sutherland McCrone — Henry’s niece and nephew — are trying to overturn the will."
We tried finding information on the escort but had no luck. Then we talked for a while about the situation and how you would handle finding out your grandma left all her money to a male escort that you didn't know about. Then, if you stick around you'll see us play a new game show called 'Lick or Not Lick?'. It's exactly what it sounds like. Since the woman in the story is 84, Dave then asks the guys to look at pictures of older ladies and decide if they would lick or not lick. For Chuck, it's either that or working a long shift in a hot factory. For Jason, we think it's just more because he wants to.
