A construction worker barely escaped getting crushed by a falling crane! It happened in Nanjing, China.

It sounds like something you'd see in a cartoon, but it's all too real. You don't want to be crushed by a falling crane and that almost became this guy's ending. Thankfully, there were some cement blocks, or something, that were able to block the falling crane from landing on him. If those weren't right where they were at that specific height, he'd probably be a goner! Check out a viral video showing the close call shared by South China Morning Post on YouTube below.

Man Barely Escapes Falling Crane In China

How crazy is that? If those blocks weren't that height he would be dead! It would have landed right where he was standing. That's an incredibly close call and certainly what you could describe as a near-death experience. He's got to be thanking his lucky stars right now. Wow that was close.

According to The New York Post, the cause of the falling crane remains under investigation. Thankfully, there were no casualties or structural damage to the surrounding building. However, as you can see, there were some close calls!

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
