Police Chief Affair?

We are no stranger to sex scandal stories on our show. It's hard to remember all of them, because there are so many. And, there are so many involving police officers. Today, we had one that involves a police chief in Seattle.

According to Daily Mail, "A former news anchor and high ranking police official accused of a steamy affair with her boss is suing the city of Seattle for emotional distress.  Jamie Tompkins claims city officials should have done more to clamp down on gossip about her relationship with Seattle Police Department (SPD) Chief Adrian Diaz. Both parties have denied any romantic relationship and Diaz even came out as gay after the rumors emerged. However, an independent report into their behavior concluded the two were indeed lovers.  Tompkins is seeking $3 million in damages for distress she says was caused by rumors, FOX 13 reports."

The most shocking part to all of us was how the police chief came out as gay in order to try and keep any rumors at bay. That is a bold and extreme step to take in order to keep someone under wraps, but we heard from listeners who have done or encountered the same thing. Cheaters that were pretending their lovers were gay so no one was any wiser to their cheating.

Dave asked Chuck if he would pretend to be gay for a lady and his answer was a quick yes. Andy said he'd do the same thing for the right lady. I mean, let's be honest guys, it's not really that crazy of a thing to do I guess. We all have done some questionable things to keep our partners around.
