Did a pervert doctor spy on people because he was concerned about his tiny package? That's what it sounds like!
According to The Sun, 34-year-old Ju Young Um told a jury that he had body dysmorphia and wanted to compare himself to other men. That's a common feeling amongst men. You might wonder if you're smaller than average and might be curious how you compare to the other penises out there. However, that doesn't mean you can use a secret camera to spy on people! There are other ways to find out--like the internet. The incident happened across the pond in Scotland. Oddly, 9 of his victims were women, per The Sun. That might make it difficult to compare penis sizes. Was he lying about his reasoning?
Pervert Doctor Spied On People Because Of Concern Over Small Package
The Sun reports he hid tiny cameras in air fresheners and a smoke alarm in the bathroom and spare bedroom of his flat in Hyndland. 3 of the men and one of the women he filmed were his fellow doctors, per The Sun.
He has denied any wrongdoing. However, jurors decided that his acts were for sexual gratification and found him guilty of 23 breaches of the Sexual Offences Act, per The Sun. One of the doctors was filmed on the toilet at his home after going there for dinner! So gross!
The Sun reports that Um testified that he was diagnosed with suspected gigantism when he was a teen and that might explain why he had a small penis. His sentencing will happen next month. In the meantime, he is on the Sex Offenders Register and granted bail.
