How was a New York man busted for engaging in a sex act with a cow? It all started with his brother being caught with child porn.
The Smoking Gun reports that a child porn probe was targeting his brother when investigators found videos showing him engaging in sex acts with animals including a cow. 38-year-old Mark Banks was arrested for sexual misconduct for alleging having sexual intercourse with a dairy cow on the property of Winsor Acres, where he worked, per The Smoking Gun. The investigation was originally focused on his 37-year-old brother Christopher. Now, they're both in trouble.
Man Busted Engaging In Sex Act With A Cow
The Smoking Gun reports that when police executed a search warrant at Christopher's they found an assortment of electronic equipment. A review of that material led to a felony charge against Christopher. Mark later admitted in a written statement that when he was younger he engaged in a sex act with a cow. He went on to describe that incident in detail and said he did it because of a sexual urge.
According to The Smoking Gun, Mark faces a misdemeanor charge that could come with a one-year jail sentence. If Christopher is convicted on the child porn count, he could face up to 4 years in jail.
