Raffle fraud is something you might have seen in movies before but you'd never expect it to happen in real life--on video! It's like that Lucky Numbers movie with John Travolta and Lisa Kudrow. The reported incident happened in Kuwait and the alleged raffle fraud has started a public outcry after a man in the raffle appeared to manipulate the results in a raffle that was on TV. According to Au.news, the drawing was to win a Cadillac. As the man is seen sorting through the pile of tickets, he appears to flick his hand to separate them and one card appears to come out of his sleeve. It seems like the viewing audience noticed it and now it's blowing up.

Investigations revealed that the man used his position to manipulate draws in exchange for financial benefits. Au.news reports that the man works as the head of the draws department at the Ministry of Commerce and a Ministry of Commerce employee was allegedly caught trying to leave the country with her husband and they have both been detained as well. The couple has reportedly won 7 luxury cars over several draws. An investigation remains underway as this is viewed as a serial and serious problem.
