A naked man named "Weiner" is just too much to ignore. With that name, you have to know it's imperative to get into trouble for something like this. You just can't do it with that name or the story will live on forever. That might be the case this time around. The incident happened in Dover, New Hampshire when Shawn Weiner, Sr. stripped naked and started wandering around traffic on Route 16 after he stole a car and fled the scene, per The New York Post. Now, the 35-year-old has been arrested and charged with indecent exposure and lewdness, reckless conduct, 2 counts of disorderly conduct, and littering after he ditched the car, according to The New York Post.
