CHarles Dion McDowell went viral after his mugshot showed him with one of the largest widest necks you've ever seen. This led to him being dubbed "Wide Neck" online. He frequently appeared in videos and internet content with "Long Neck" a dude with a ridiculously long long compared to his wide neck. The internet is a strange place. Well, it sounds like he might end up going viral again as he finds himself in trouble with the law once again. Only this time the charges are much more serious. You can see his latest mugshot below.

'Wide Neck' In Trouble With The Law Again
According to TMZ, Charles Dio McDowell is accused of sending sexually explicit videos of a woman without her consent to the woman's 13-year-old son, her 16-year-old daughter, her mother, and another individual. He has since been charged with multiple felonies including felony transmission of video/photo of nudity without consent, as well as electronically furinishing obscene material to a minor, and making harassing phone calls, per TMZ.
