Cops say his rim was emitting large plumes of smoke and the man was reportedly unaware of it until he was pulled over. Not only should you notice the sight of that happening, but there would definitely be a noticeable scent as well. That driver has been identified as 28-year-old Hector Estrella of Greenwich, Connecticut. Officers received a complaint of a driver driving erratically on I-95 North around 11:05pm and was eventually located and stopped. Sounds like Estrella wasn’t maintaining his lane and was driving slower than 30 miles per hour. You can see his mugshot, provide by the Connecticut State Police, below. Did he throw up on himself? That’s what it looks like!

That has to be puke, right? Unless it’s melted Cheeto on his shirt? He could have wiped his hands on his shirt after eating an entire bag of Cheetos or something. However, it definitely looks more like vomit. He’s even looking down in shame which adds to the belief that it’s vomit on his shirt. What do you think?
State police tell WFSB, “While speaking with Estrella, troopers began to observe clear signs of impairment to include bloodshot eyes, poor coordination, and the distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his person. It also became apparent that Estrella was unaware that he was driving on a rim.” Estrella admitted to drinking alcohol and smoking cannabis before driving. He was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain proper lane, and operating a motor vehicle with unsafe tires, per WFSB. He is expected back in court on February 24th.
