Heads up, wrestling fans, the Hardy Boys are coming back to the Motor City! They'll be two of the special celebrity guests at the Motor City Comic Con in May. They announced the news today with the press release below. 

Motor City Comic Con (MC3), Michigan's largest and longest-running comic book and pop culture convention since 1989, will host their bi-yearly convention May 16-18, 2025, at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi. Motor City Comic Con is pleased to announce that wrestlers Matt and Jeff Hardy will be attending the May event. The real-life brothers have been wrestling together since 1993 and debuted as Hardy Boyz in WWE in 1996. The two brothers have gone on to win multiple championships over the years.  Tickets for Motor City Comic Con are available online at www.MotorCityComicCon.com.

Wristbands 

Motor City Comic Con has an additional convenience feature for guests who want to bypass the event entry ticket lines and get into the convention faster by having their MC3 wristband shipped or picked up in advance. For a $15 shipping fee, wristbands can be delivered in the weeks leading up to the convention anywhere within the continental U.S. VIP Wristband shipping is included if purchased prior to April 20. The deadline for the shipping option is Sunday, April 20, 2025, at 11:59 pm.  MC3 wristbands are also available for early pickup, free of charge. Pick-up and purchasing wristbands will be available at the box office at the Suburban Collection Showplace, Monday, May 12 - Wednesday, May 14, from 12:00 pm-8:00 pm each day.

Meltdown started on the mighty WRIF on the evening of Halloween, 1995. Technically, his first on-air shift was the morning of November 1st. Moving to the Motor City from Buffalo, N.Y., he has built a career and family. Over his almost three-decade stint at RIFF, he's had the privilege to work with some of the biggest personalities in Detroit radio history. He boasts of being just the second-afternoon drive jock in the station's illustrious 53-year history. Along with his love for rock music and attending concerts, he's also an avid Harley-Davidson enthusiast and hockey player.
