Jason AnthonyFred Durst filed a $200 million lawsuit in California on Tuesday against Universal Music Group (UMG).
Durst claims the label owes Limp Bizkit the band for unpaid royalties.
The lawsuit alleges that UMG implemented "fraudulent" policies to conceal royalties from the band and other artists.
The band's attorneys stated that despite their massive success, they have "never received any royalties" from UMG.
Limp Bizkit's legal team argues that UMG failed to provide accurate royalty statements during critical periods of the band's career and accuses the label of intentionally keeping profits for itself.
The band is seeking unpaid royalties, a rescission of their contract, and damages for copyright infringement.
UMG has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
