Shannon Sharpe Comes Clean About Instagram Sex Tape
Shannon is in the NFL Hall of Fame for his illustrious career as a Tight End for the Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens. He’s a 3-time Super Bowl Champion and is regarded as one of the best players to ever play the position. Off the field, he’s made a name for himself as one of the best sports personalities in the game. Sharpe is always relatable on-screen and comes off as one of your friends, which has helped his popularity grow. Now, he’s going viral for something other than a hot take or accidentally calling Stephen A. Smith “Skip.” His Instagram Live broadcast him having sex with a woman.
During an emergency episode of his podcast “Nightcap,” Shannon came clean to co-host Chad Ochocinco about the incident saying he wasn’t hacked it was just a mistake. He said, “Obviously I am embarrassed. Someone that is extremely, extremely private and to have one of your most intimate details–the audio–heard for the entire world to hear, I’m embarrassed for a number of reasons,” via The New York Post. While you might think he dodged a bullet by not having anything captured on video, he makes a good point that the audio and what’s said during sex is just as personal and intimate–and can be just as embarrassing! I know I wouldn’t want the whole world hearing my sad attempt at dirty talk or anything like that–I’d be mortified!
Ochocinco even poked fun at Shannon during the conversation saying that he’s butt dialed him before without knowing, so it sounds like Shannon might be a little sloppy with how he handles his phone game. Sharpe went on to say, “My phone wasn’t hacked. It wasn’t a prank, it was me being a healthy, active male. Ya’ll thought I was bulljiving, Unc get it in.”
