Badass Of The Day: 5-Year-Old Goes 194MPH In Lamborghini
The 5-year-old who went 194 miles per hour in a Lamborghini Revuelto is the Badass Of The Day on Dave & Chuck The Freak. He’s like a real-life Baby Driver!
They gave him a special set-up so he could reach the steering wheel and the gas and now he’s accomplished something I imagine very few 5-year-olds ever have. How do you celebrate something as awesome as that? With some smokey donuts, of course.
5-Year-Old Goes 194MPH In Lamborghini In Viral Video
Zayn Sofuoglu is only 5-years-old and he’s doing stuff that many of us will never get the chance to do. Does his name sound familiar? It might! He previously went viral 2 years ago when he was only 3 for doing donuts in a Ferrari SF90. Now, he’s back in the driver’s seat, this time in a brand-new Lamborghini Revuelto.
It should be noted, he was not alone in the car. That would just be irresponsible. His dad joined him during the high-speed fun. He was able to get the Lamborghini up to 194 miles per hour! You’d think that would scare most 5-year-olds but it seems like that might just be his comfort zone. At least hopefully. You’d hate for this to be some kind of Dance Moms thing but with his dad. Race Dads sounds like it would be a great show, but I could see some problems coming along with it.
After completing the impressive feat, AutoEvolution reports he did some smoky burnouts to celebrate. It looks like he has quite the future ahead of him if he’s able to keep it up. He could join the ranks of racers who went on to become household names like Maxx Verstappen, Louis Hamilton, Jeff Gordon, or Jeremy Clarkson–hey, it’s an option for him.
The video quickly went viral on social media. It currently has more than 1.8 million likes and continues to climb. It should also be noted that the stunt was performed on a closed course. Thankfully, everything ended up going smoothly. You can watch the viral video shared by @zaynsofuoglu on Instagram below. What do you think? Impressive or dangerous?
I know I’d be incredibly terrified if I was even in that car–let alone had my hands on the wheel and feet on the gas. I’m scared of roller coasters or anything that moves that fast. Good on him for being comfortable back there, I feel like it has to be something you’re born with. That would be a tough fear to get over.
