What shocking thing did Minnesota police find in the backseat of a crashed car? It's safe to say you're not supposed to travel with it!

At first, this sounds like something you could only see in the movies or on TV. Then, I remembered this kind of thing was actually on an episode of Dexter! Find out what they found below!

It would be shocking to find this in the backseat of a crashed car. According to ABC News, a 32-year-old woman has been arrested after police found a dead woman in the backseat of her car that was not a result of the single-vehicle accident she was involved in! That means she was driving with a dead body in the backseat of her car before she crashed! Yikes!

ABC News reports the Olmstead County Sheriff's Office in Minnesota was alerted to a single-vehicle accident around 7am on Saturday morning on I-90. That's when they found Margot Lewis being tended to by someone passing by the accident.

Police tell ABC News, "The driver of the vehicle, identified as Margot Lewis, a 32-year-old female of an unknown residence, was out of the vehicle and being tended to by a passerby. In checking to see if anyone else was in the vehicle, a deceased individual, a 35-year-old female, was located in the back seat. The condition of the deceased was suspicious, and it was immediately apparent that the death was not a result of the motor vehicle accident."

Lewis was arrested for Interference with a dead body. That's only the tip of the iceberg. During her court appearance, she communicated only via writing or sign language because she took a spiritual vow of silence, per ABC 6 NEWS. The cause of death of the victim has been named a homicide. More details are expected to come to light soon.

While committing crimes may seem black and white (you either broke the law or you didn't), there are certainly some crimes that are dumber than others. Sometimes it's the crime itself that's wild, other times, it's the people committing said crimes. These are 5 of the craziest, cringeworthy crimes ever committed.

None of these would accidentally happen. They also aren't a matter of life or death. There's no ethics quiz here, or any matters of 'would you steal bread to support your family?' These crimes, and criminals, aren't straight up cringeworthy.

While all of these crimes are crazy and certainly cringeworthy, they also make for excellent conversation pieces.
