Lonely Old Man Has Billboard Looking For Life
According to The New York Post, Al Gilberti, 70, has been identified as the man who paid for a $400-a-week billboard looking for “marriage and karaoke.” Doesn’t sound like a bad deal! It sounds like Al could be fun! So, who’s interested? It looks like the creative move might actually be working! The New York Post reports that the Sweetwater, Texas billboard has been a success leading to Al receiving more than 400 phone calls and 50 emails in just two weeks! Certainly, some of those phone calls aren’t potential matches, but it’s a large number, either way! The sign reads, “LONELY MALE CAN RELOCATE SWEETWATER SEEKS FEMALE MARRIAGE MINDED, ENJOY KARAOKE DON’T TEXT AND DRIVE” and also features a photo of Al. What more could you ask for? Who doesn’t love some companionship and karaoke? Of course, Al does have some things he’s looking for in a partner. According to The New York Post, his three non-negotiables are loyalty, honesty, and sincerity. All kind of the same thing, so it must be important to him. He’s willing to relocate, ladies! So, you can stay put and he’ll come to you. This lonely old man says he’s even willing to move to the United Kingdom for the right person! Could this be you? Are you loyal, honest, and sincere? Your life-partner could be waiting for you! Check out an interview with Al below!Dave & Chuck The Freak Peep Show: 5 Hilarious Dave Moments
Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
