Teachers deserve more recognition. Not only do they put up with a lot on a daily basis, but they are molding the minds of future generation. They inspire and teach lessons that will stick with these students for life. Now, one teacher is going viral after a video shows him tearing up after seeing a student’s tattoo dedication.
This is so awesome to see. Find out what the dedication was below.
Teacher Tears Up After Seeing Student’s Tattoo Dedication
Growing up, it always bothered me seeing kids be rude to teachers. Seriously, what good does that accomplish? Teachers have to put up with teens on a daily basis. Having been one, I can’t imagine what they have to do. That’s one of the many reasons I always show respect to teachers. They do what I would not have the patience to do.
However, teachers aren’t always treated poorly. Sometimes, their lessons do sink in and reach the kids. *picturing Carman in South Park with his “how do I reach these kids?” monologue*
Mr. Stephens is a teacher in Texas. Clearly, he left an impact on student Hannah Long, a lesson that will now literally be with her forever. She will never be able to forget the words Mr. Stephens shared with her, because she got them tattooed on her arm.
The tattoo reads, “Be fearless in life.” Only it’s not just written in an ordinary or traditional font. No, it’s in Mr. Stephen’s own handwriting.
According to The New York Post, Long said, “He is the teacher who pulled me out of my depression and was there for me when I was living in a broken household.” In a note, Mr. Stephen’s advised her to “be fearless in life.” Now, that message will be taken with her every where she goes.
Even better? The moment he learned about the tattoo was captured on video. It now ha more than 7.4 million views on TikTok. You can watch that spectacular moment below shared by @storyful_viral. Is someone cutting onions?

Peep Show: The Best Of Chuck The Freak
Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
