Was a woman shamed at a restaurant for eating too much sushi?
A Canadian woman says she was shamed for the size of her order at a sushi restaurant in the Toronto area in a scathing review posted to social media.
The woman claims that when her and a friend stopped at the restaurant to eat the server said that they were ordering too much food and it wouldn’t fit on the table. They ordered three apps and two rolls, which should have no issue fitting on a table. They also claimed that the chef was laughing at them behind the sushi bar.
You can see her rant below.

According to a report the restaurant has actually apologized and says the “shaming” was likely attributed to a language barrier. The restaurant had been getting a lot of online backlash due to this incident and had to turn off comments on social media.
