Midnight Metal

Avenged Sevenfold has released the second track preview to their new album Life Is But A Dream… with “We Love You.” The track, itself, is a 6-minute mashup of different rock styles from industrial to thrash to acoustic blues.

Accompanying the rather bizarre song is an equally bizarre video that utilizes 360° VR technology. The video can be viewed below, but it’s advised to watch it on the YouTube VR app for the best viewing experience.

“We Love You” follows the release of “Nobody,” which dropped in March. A7X is building to the June 2 release of Life Is But A Dream… The album is available for pre-save/pre-order here, with special album-themed merch available at A7Xworld.com.

In a statement on the album, A7X says, “The new album was written and recorded over the span of four years and inspired by the writing and philosophy of Albert Camus. Our good friend and brilliant artist, Wes Lang, encapsulated our theme of existentialism through visual art for the album packaging.”
