Meltdown on WRIF

Weekdays 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

This week’s Vinyl Frontier features a turn of the century album, and debut from Linkin Park. My friend, Chris, got this one for me. The band just celebrated the 20th anniversary of Meteora a few weeks back, and dropped a new anniversary package for that record. You can hear my interview with Dave “Phoenix” Farrell from the band about that, and more, here.

Hybrid Theory came out on October 24, 2000 and went on to sell more that 4.8 million copies. This album also garnered a lot of accolades and awards for the guys.

The Vinyl Frontier is brought to you each week by Dearborn Music.

28 Albums that Turn 20 in 2023

Some of the albums that turn 20 in 2023 still sound as fresh today as they did when they were first released.
