Detroit Lions OC Ben Johnson to Interview for 3 Head Coaching Jobs

Ben Johnson is in demand. The first-year Detroit Lions offensive coordinator is scheduled to interview for a whopping three vacant head coaching positions, according to the #Lions OC Ben Johnson is interviewing for the #Texans head coaching job today, per source.
The #Colts (Friday) and #Panthers (next week) are up next for Johnson, one of the hottest candidates in this cycle.

In addition to the Texans, Johnson will also reportedly interview with the Carolina Panthers and Indianapolis Colts. This is a big change, since Johnson was pretty much an unknown in the NFL world until things started to sharply turn around for the Detroit Lions later in the season.
The Lions (9-8) had a stellar season, ranking fifth in the NFL in scoring at 26.6 points per game and third in total yards (380 ypg). IT’s their first winning record since 2017.
