Shinedown is seemingly always on the road touring, and we may know why.

The band shared the clip below on their social media channels. The clip features the text, “Why are you touring almost 200 days a year?” Frontman Brent Smith then lipsyncs the hook from Taylor Swift’s “Anti-Hero”: “It’s me, hi, I’m the problem, it’s me.” Shinedown guitarist Zach Myers added in the comments, “If this ain’t the goddamn truth. The busiest most bored man of all time.”

The entire clip is captioned, “When someone asks why you tour almost 200 days a year… @thebrentsmith. Should we raise the touring bar even higher for 2023? Shout your city and we’ll see if we can add it to our touring schedule next year.”

Whatever Shinedown’s plans are for touring in 2023, they had a pretty solid 2022 after touring was put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic. According to Billboard‘s Top Tours of 2022 list, the band performed 70 shows this past year, sold 422,024 tickets and grossed over $22 million. If the video above is any indication, Shinedown likely has some ambitious touring plans for the New Year.
