Major 24/7 Convenience Store Announces Move Into Michigan
One can never have too many convenience stores, right? In that spirit, a popular regional convenience store is making its way into Michigan.
If you’re from the Pennsylvania area, you’ll likely be happy with this news. Sheetz has announced it will expand into Michigan, opening its first Michigan store location in 2025 in the Detroit market.
As with Sheetz’s other locations, the store will offer its famed Made-to-Order (MTO) menu where guests are able to order any of Sheetz’s customized specialty drinks or food items 24 hours a day.
“We are thrilled to continue our growth into Michigan and bring the ultimate one-stop-shop to people across the state,” Travis Sheetz, president and CEO of Sheetz, said in a statement. “Sheetz is dedicated to being a great employer and neighbor and we cannot wait to put those values into action as we expand into our first new state in two decades.”
Sheetz currently has 669 store locations across six states, including Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio and Maryland. All locations are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
