Meltdown on WRIF

Weekdays 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

On this week’s episode of the Vinyl Frontier, we go back to May of 1988 for a Queensryche masterpiece. Operation Mindcrime is considered by some the pinnacle of the Queensryche catalog. It would take too long to explain this concept album, let’s just say it rivals some of the biggest concept albums, in my opinion.

This is the original line-up at their finest. Empire came out a couple years later and catapulted the band to commercial success.
