Someone Showed Up and Pawned a Used Coffin
Someone in Denver recently showed up at a pawn shop with a USED COFFIN they wanted to sell. It’s a “transport casket,” so no one’s ever been buried in it. Now a record number of people are pawning personal items, including this long, scuffed-up coffin!
Scott Pasternack, the Pasternack’s Pawnshop’s owner, claimed that the unsettling box was recently exchanged for a cash loan. According to Pasternack, with the economy being much worse and individuals needing more money, loans have gone through the ceiling.
Times have gotten tougher and inflation rates, have caused people to come in once a month selling things. The eerie-looking box is just one of many personal belongings people are pawning at a record pace.
If you’re in the market, the pawn shop is selling it for $499.
