Justin Verlander Swaps Flipped Birds with Phillies Fans – Meltdown

Houston Astro and former Tiger Justin Verlander flipped the bird after getting it shown to him by a Phillies fan when the team’s buss came into Citizens Bank Park on Monday night (Oct. 31).
Phillies fan Stephanie Di Ianni took it a step further and returned to that spot when the Astros’ bus pulled into the parking lot to flip the bird to Verlander- and he enjoyed it. He even walked over to Di Ianni after he got off the bus to snap a photo. Check out the fun below!
All the context Darren… Whole interaction was in jest as all the fans around you were just saying hello in their native tongue. So I responded in kind. 🤣 🤣 all in good fun. I enjoyed the banter. Also, nobody broke the window. Was just like that 🤷🏻♂️ https://t.co/PSk5jzK2nT

Creepy Michigan Places to Visit This Year
Meltdown started on the mighty WRIF on the evening of Halloween, 1995. Technically, his first on-air shift was the morning of November 1st. Moving to the Motor City from Buffalo, N.Y., he has built a career and family. Over his almost three-decade stint at RIFF, he's had the privilege to work with some of the biggest personalities in Detroit radio history. He boasts of being just the second-afternoon drive jock in the station's illustrious 53-year history.
Along with his love for rock music and attending concerts, he's also an avid Harley-Davidson enthusiast and hockey player. He plays year-round and manages to squeeze in a few charity games throughout the year. Meltdown writes about the Detroit Red Wings, rock music, and Detroit concert venues.
