This year’s big Michigan vs. Michigan State football game will take place Oct. 29 in Ann Arbor. It’s a huge rivalry, and my Michigan friends are already “talking smack” to me about the game, since I went to Michigan State.

Michigan beat No. 10 Penn State, 41-17, last weekend, while Michigan State put an end of a four-game losing streak with a 34-28 win over Wisconsin following double overtime.
The Wolverines are now 7-0 and moved up to No. 4 in the AP poll. MSU is not currently ranked. That said, Michigan has lost three of the last four games against Michigan State at the Big House, including a surprising 27-24 loss in 2020. Last year, the Wolverines were up by 16 points during the game but ended up losing in a shocker. Time will tell what happens on the 29th.
