They need to give a Nobel prize in science to the crew in the Taco Bell kitchen. One of my life’s disappointments is bar mini tacos. There is just nothing to be excited about. The fast food wars seem to change week to week. Some fads stick, like I truly enjoyed Taco Bell wings! I just kept laughing as I was eating them one after another saying, “OMG these are from Taco Bell.” Some, like the Dorito-flavored taco shell, were a hit with me.
The new dipping tacos are currently being tested in Nashville and Minneapolis. They feature freshly-fried white corn tortilla shells stuffed with seasoned beef, melted cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper jack cheese. It’s then grilled on the outside and served with your choice of classic red sauce or nacho cheese for dipping. Sorry if drool on my keyboard. The only thing left to do while we wait is a road trip to Nashville and Minneapolis. Who’s with me?
