NEW YORK, NY - MARCH 14: A bride and groom pose for wedding photos along the East River at South Street Seaport, March 14, 2019 in New York City. Mayor Bill de Blasio has unveiled a $10 billion plan to extend the Lower Manhattan coastline by up to two city blocks to guard against rising sea levels and other effects of climate change. The city will seek federal and state funding as well as potential private investments to finance the ambitious project.
A groom was arrested and is now facing charges after allegedly assaulting a guest who was attending his own wedding.
Tyler Russel, 30, is accused to striking one of the guests at his own wedding, which took place at Kalahari in Sandusky, OH. The guest was heard to make a comment directed towards the bride, which upset Russel and lead to a confrontation.
By the time police arrive, body cam shows an angry, drunk, shirtless Russel, who turned towards deputies in an aggressive matter, which landed him in cuffs immediately. Russel is now facing multiple assault chargers on what should have been the happiest day of his life – although he is heard on bodycam footage saying this this was the “worst day of his life”.
