From the time I had my first car, a ’73 Dart Swinger, the thing to do on a Friday or Saturday night was to Cruise Gratiot. Just pack the car and watch the show as the gear heads ruled the road! Back then, a popular movie “American Graffiti” was out, and everything old was new again. The difference was we had more fast food places and there was always a get together somewhere.

This Sunday is the first time my band is playing a Cruise. There will be a lot of great entertainment, and food trucks will be there. It’s the Clinton Township Gratiot Cruise!

The test run will be Sunday. The only problem is that due to construction, the route will be a bit shorter, but don’t let that (drag) you down…see what I did there. We have a battle of the bands, as well as Dave Hamilton who is a guitar god, will be playing alongside my band Chit. There will be food vendors on hand, kid activities, and I will be your host from noon to 5 p.m. for this free event.

Born in Mt Clemens, Screamin has been rockin' the Riff airwaves for 25 years. When he's not out rockin' the streets, you can find him in his rock room, where he collects jukeboxes and classic pinball machines. Screamin also has his very own Rock cover band called " Chit" playing all over the Metro Detroit Music scene
