Hamtramck's New Dodge Lounge was under the same ownership for a whopping 37 year, but now, it officially has new owners. Many underground rock, glam, and punk bands honed their craft playing at this historic club! It's crazy to think that it had the same ownership for so long!
Happy Life Hospitality has purchased the bar and music venue. Jonathan Hartzell, one of the owners, tells the Detroit Metro Times that the deal closed Thursday. He says they hope to reopen in August. Looking forward to it! For more information, go here.
