Detroit Pistons Sign Marvin Bagley and Kevin Knox

The Detroit Pistons have signed free agents Marvin Bagley and Kevin Knox, multiple outlets are reporting.

Bagley was traded from the Kings to the Pistons last season. He signed a three-year, $37 million deal with Detroit.

The team also signed Kevin Knox to a two-year, $8 million deal.
