Is This the Future of Drive-Thru?
Four dedicated lanes and food delivered by elevator are just two innovations promised by this fast food restaurant.
Taco Bell is opening a new drive-thru “concept” in Minnesota TODAY, which features four dedicated lanes for different kinds of orders, and the food will be delivered down to your car from above in little elevators.
They expect to keep wait times below 2 minutes with this new restaurant setup and the lift system is exclusive to Taco Bell. The chain is already looking into options to retrofit this concept to existing restaurant locations.
