Which NFL Teams Are the Biggest Longshots to Win the Next Super Bowl?

The Super Bowl is a long, long ways away, but hey, why not get the predictions started early. If you’re like me, this period a few months before football seasons…

The Super Bowl is a long, long ways away, but hey, why not get the predictions started early. If you're like me, this period a few months before football seasons starts can feel like forever. I'm not a huge baseball fan, so I tend to focus on my attention on the football offseason during the summer months!

The Detroit Lions are often, if not always, underdogs. But, we have some great new players on the team this year and a solid coaching staff, so perhaps the Lions can become the competitive team we all know they're capable of this time around.

According to Draft Kings, the Detroit Lions are among three teams tied for the least likely to win the next Super Bowl. The other two teams are the Houston Texans and New York Jets. I'm surprise the Jacksonville Jaguars aren't in there, but maybe it's because they just brought on Tony Boselli, that incredible offensive tackle from the University of Southern California.

On one hand, it feels offensive to think of the Lions having such poor odds to win the next Super Bowl. I mean, we had a strong end to the 2021 season and have a stellar coaching staff, not to mention defensive end Aidan Hutchinson in the fold. But, it did appear we weren't even going to win even one game last year. And, the coaching staff is still pretty new. So, let's just hope the Lions prove their worth this season, and then maybe we'll have better odds to win the next, next Super Bowl. Reach out to me with your predictions here!
