Arizona deputies pulled over and arrested a man named Fernando Ramos. He is accused of hitting a bicyclist and leaving the scene.

A witness to the collision called 911 and described the vehicle. Deputies were able to track him down and he confessed to being involved. The bicyclist unfortunately passed away due to injuries from the hit-and-run.
Ramos was charged with manslaughter and hit-and-run charges.
