MLB Security Guard Hit On Head By Foul Ball
During the second inning of yesterday’s Mets game against the Braves, Travis d’Arnaud hit a foul pop that carried over the netting, and landed directly on the head of a security guard looking away from the game.
The guard will be ok. He was standing in a camera well by the visitors’ third base dugout when the foul ball traveled over the netting.
