A guy in Pennsylvania was on the run from the police a few weeks ago, after a few alleged assaults and scaling an apartment building he was finally caught.
It all started at a convivence store where Carlos Ortiz, allegedly assaulted customers and employees at Nic's Grab 'n' Go. He also allegedly hit vehicles with signs, punched a man in the face, and hit a female employee.
When police arrived he climbed up onto the roof of a building and threw a TOILET down at the cops below.
No one was hurt, and the guy was caught and arrested.
