If you're wondering what the absolute best place to work in Michigan is located, there's a new study out that pinpoints the best spot, as well as other fine employers in the Great Lakes state. Many of these companies have familiar names, but some are lesser known, so look through the list and see how many you recognize and might make a good fit for you.

Each year, Forbes releases its list of the top 100 best large employers in America. "Whether working from home or the office, Americans’ priorities have changed, and with 10.9 million job openings and an unemployment rate of 4%, what makes a top employer has changed, too," they state in the study."

Forbes adds that they partnered with market research firm Statista to put together the 2022 list by "surveying 60,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees." They add, "Participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family, and to nominate organizations other than their own. The final list ranks the 500 large employers that received the most recommendations."

As it turns out, not only does Michigan has one of the best places to work in America, according to the list- the state also have four companies total that made the top 100.
