Last week allegedly Richard Charkowsky got into a dispute with a friend over some fried potatoes.
Reports allege that Charkowsky was frying potatoes in a skillet and he offered some to a friend. The friend declined and for some reason that set Charkowsky off. Charkowsky threw the hot oil and potatoes into his friends face without any warning. Then hit the victim in the head with pan so hard it broke the handle.
Charkowsky was arrested on multiple charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and harassment.
