Screamin’s Favorite Pine Knob Shows

With this years announcement that DTE is back to Pine Knob, I thought it would be interesting to list my top picks for concerts I've been to! All of these shows have Pine Knob on the ticket stub! Remember those?

Screamin' Pops took me to my first show, and it was INCREDIBLE! Pops got a season ticket package which let us get great seats close to the stage!

Ol' Blue Eyes was brilliant! I don't remember many of the songs he sang but I do remember "New York, New York"!

I've seen J Geils a few times, but this was my favorite show. They record their third and final live album "Showtime" right there at Pine Knob! In fact for those of you who know my whistle, it ended up on the record before the hit "Love Stinks"!

First show I got to see with Sammy Hagar as the front man! Have to say, I was impressed with the crowd's positive reaction.

What a festival! Ozzy, Disturbed, Pantera, Godsmack, and about 10 more up and coming bands!
