Lakin was born on Jan. 24, 1979. She's an actress most known for her role as Alicia "Al" Lambert on the 1990s show "Step by Step." Another popular role was Joan of Arc on Showtime's "Reefer Madness." Oh, and she's the voice of Joyce Kinney in "Family Guy."
