HBO has revealed the official trailer for Season 2 of The Righteous Gemstones, one of its original series.
The season will begin on Jan. 9, 2022.
The series "tells the story of a world-famous televangelist family with a long tradition of deviance, greed, and charitable work," according to a release.
Danny McBride created, wrote and executive produced The Righteous Gemstones, and it marks his third HBO comedy series. The show features Danny McBride (Eastbound and Down), John Goodman (Treme), Edi Patterson (Vice Principals), Adam DeVine (Pitch Perfect), Cassidy Freeman (Longmire), Tony Cavalero (School of Rock), Tim Baltz (Drunk History), Skyler Gisondo (Booksmart) and Walton Goggins (Vice Principals).
